SUMMARY OF POSITION

A Server at Fat Daddy’s Pizzeria is responsible to ensure that all guests have a joyful dining experience. Successful candidates will be friendly and personable, possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Physically able to be on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Food Handlers Permit
  • Alcohol Server Permit (for candidates 21+)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and seat guests
  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Accurately use POS system to enter food and beverage orders
  • Be expert in all menu items and be able to communicate effectively with guests by making suggestions and making modifications only as appropriate
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests
  • Perform cleaning and service preparation tasks
  • Promptly addressing customer service issues according to company standards

SUMMARY OF POSITION 

Cooks work on all tasks related to the preparation, storage, and cleaning of food products and food production areas. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A food handler’s permit  
  • Proven food preparation and food handling experience.
  • Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
  • The ability to follow standardized recipes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing pizza dough, grill items, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
  • Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens, grill, and fryers as well as cooking times.
  • Preparing high-quality pizzas and grilled items according to company recipes.
  • Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
  • Cleaning workstations before food preparation.
  • Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
  • Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
  • Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
